Our biggest update since we became an app. We've rebuilt everything from the ground up, and it now does one thing better than before: it tells you what to do next to grow your music, and how to do it.
If you've used un:hurd as a playlist pitching tool, it's a lot more than that now. The new app takes the data you already have, your streams, your socials, your releases, and turns it into a clear plan, so you spend less time guessing and more time growing. This is the biggest change we've ever made, and it's built around the one thing most independent artists are missing: a clear view on what to actually do with their data.
Here's what's new.
Why we rebuilt un:hurd
Most artists we speak to are doing loads and seeing little movement. They're posting, releasing, checking their stats, and still ending each week unsure whether any of it worked or what to do next.
The old un:hurd could show you your numbers. It couldn't tell you what they meant or what to do about them. So we rebuilt it to close that gap, from a tool that reports what happened to one that tells you your next move, just like a team would do. Every part of the new app is built around that idea.
Insights that tell you what to do next
This is the heart of the new un:hurd. Every artist has had the same thought staring at their stats: "the data looks cool, but what the hell do I do with it?"
Insights answer exactly that. They read the data behind your streams, socials and releases, then tell you the specific move to make.
That means real, plain-language prompts based on your own numbers. If you're growing fast in a city, un:hurd will tell you to book a show there, and even suggest the venue size. If a channel is outperforming the rest, it'll tell you to double down and show you the content that helps.

Every morning, your daily summary pulls it all together, so you open the app and know your next move without digging for it.
Planning Cycles, built around whatever you're working on
Planning Cycles give you a marketing plan shaped around your time and your goal, whether that's a release, your live shows, your content or the business side of being an artist.
You answer a few questions and un:hurd hands you a clear sequence of tasks, tailored to your career stage and your genre. Then it walks you through them one at a time, so you always know what to do, when, and why. No more staring at a blank calendar wondering where to start.
Visual: Plan Cycle overview
You can keep notes right inside your cycle too, so there's no more jumping between your notes app and a Google calendar to keep track of a release. It all lives in one place.

And you get rewarded for the grind. Complete your cycle tasks for 7 days in a row and you'll earn a free pitch worth 10 credits. Stay consistent and it keeps paying off.

Smarter playlist pitching
Pitching is sharper now. You can filter playlists by genre, mood and follower size, so you're only pitching to curators who fit your sound.
You'll also see real average response times before you pitch, alongside new tags that show which playlists are active and responsive. All to get your track to the people looking for music like yours.

Ads, with reporting built in
You can still launch ads across Spotify, Meta, YouTube and TikTok without leaving un:hurd, and without setting up an ad account of your own. That part's as simple as it always was.
What's new is the reporting. You can now see how your campaigns are performing right inside the app, day by day, so you can see what your budget is doing and back what works.

Everything in one place with Campaigns
There's a new Campaigns tab that brings all your activity under one roof: your ads, your pitches, your planning cycles and everything you've got running.
Instead of hunting around the app to see what's live and how it's doing, it's all in one view, so you can track everything at a glance.

You AI co-writer has upskilled
Lyra drafts the things most artists put off. It can now create your EPK, your editorial pitches and your emails to labels, written in seconds (as well as bios and press releases)
It's built on music industry data and uses your own details and tone, so what it writes sounds like you and lands with the people you're sending it to. We've also moved Lyra onto a smarter model, so its drafts are better than ever. It's the kind of help a manager or a PR would give you, without needing either.

A redesigned Fan Hub
Fan Hub is your own artist microsite: one link that captures fans, sells tickets and showcases your music.
It's beautifully designed, it reflects you as an artist, and it gives you a direct line to your audience that you actually own. You set it up once, share it everywhere, and watch your list of real fans grow.

Partner Perks, easier to browse
Perks give you discounts and deals on the tools and services artists already pay for. They're easier to navigate now, with filters to find what's relevant to you and a clear view of new and featured partners.
It's a quick way to keep more of your budget for the music.

Rebuilt inside and out
The whole experience has been redesigned to feel calmer and more focused. That's the point, it now reflects the direction un:hurd is going.
The new un:hurd is built around showing you only what matters, so the interface does the same: less clutter and a faster path to your next move. It's grown up alongside the product, and it's still recognisably un:hurd, just sharper.
Have a proper look around when you're in. The difference is easy to feel.
What's carried over
If you're already with us, nothing's lost. Your account, your pitching credits, your data and your history are all exactly where you left them.

What this unlocks
We've rebuilt un:hurd into the tool we always wanted it to be, and we're not done. The changes under the hood mean we will be able to release new features and updates, faster than ever.
More is coming, and it's all built around the same promise: telling you what to do next to grow your fanbase, and how to do it with the tools to match.
If you haven't seen the new app yet, open un:hurd and take a look at your next move. It's free to start, and it might just change how you approach your next release.
