In order to use the un:hurd music platform you must join either the monthly or annual membership. Once you do, you will enter into your 7 day free trial period, following which you will unlock 10 free credits on the monthly plan or 120 free credits on the annual plan.
Alongside the credits, you will also gain full access to all of the un:hurd tools, including advertising tools across Spotify, YouTube, Meta and TikTok, playlist pitching, content creation tools, a website generation tool and lots more!
We also have an agency for artists who we think have potential to benefit from a more hands-on partnership with our in-house Artist Development team. Artists can apply by submitting their music. Note, this is for artists and teams with larger budgets.
We only have a limited number of spaces on the Agency plan so unfortunately, this means we can’t say yes to every artist. We’ll select the artists who we think we help most and also regularly reach out to artists using the un:hurd music platform who we think have potential.

Credits are your in-app currency, making it easier than ever to pay for pitches. While you can still purchase pitches individually, credits offer a smarter way to manage your budget. When you check out, you'll see that each pitch is valued at 10 credits. You can save money by purchasing our credit bundle deals, giving you a more cost-effective way to get your music heard.
You do not need an ad account as we run ads from our own ad account, removing this barrier most artists have.
The un:hurd musc Fanhub is the perfect place to drive your fans to where they can find out more about you and your community channels. It’s your opportunity to collect their emails and numbers, allowing you to communicate with them directly.
No. Guaranteeing placement goes against Spotify’s terms of service. We provide artists with the opportunity to get their music heard by our network of curators, however, the final decision is in the curators' hands. You’ll receive valuable feedback from the curators to develop your music if you are unsuccessful.
Our marketing experts are on hand to help guide you through your journey. You’ll will have access to the team via the live chat where you can ask for advise or input on any topics related to your music or in general. Alongside this, we hold monthly events from online masterclasses to live events!
